How to continuously improve the quality and credibility of notarization services? How to make the people truly feel the convenience, efficiency and quality of notarized legal services?
The Ministry of Justice recently deployed the "notarization and quality quality" action nationwide. Based on the "reducing certificates and facilitating the people" and "speeding up and increasing efficiency" measures launched in the past two years, it further worked on the word "good" notarization service, and took 38 measures in 14 aspects to achieve "four optimizations and four improvements". The event will continue from now until the end of this year.
What are the main contents of the action?
Consolidate and expand the results of "reducing certificates" and "speeding up" - further expand and optimize service measures to speed up notarization and reducing certificates for the public, formulate and improve the list of notarization services related to enterprises, and add "cross-provincial handling" for notarization of resident ID cards and business license notarization.
Deepen the efficient way to accomplish one thing--do a good job in the verification of notarized information in the "One thing behind you" and actively promote online notarized services.
Promote balanced resource allocation - further expand the notarization practice area, optimize the layout of notarization institutions, standardize the setting of certificate application points, and promote the orderly flow of service resources.
Excellent services for key groups - make notarization services for the elderly, and optimize service measures for the disabled, migrant workers and retired soldiers, military families, Taiwanese compatriots, overseas Chinese and their families.
Cultivate and expand new businesses - focus on key tasks such as serving high-quality development, developing new quality productivity, and optimizing the business environment, and actively explore serving new business forms and new fields.
Deepen notarization participation in auxiliary affairs-Further expand notarization participation in judicial auxiliary affairs of the people's courts, and actively provide auxiliary notarization legal services to procuratorates, public security and other departments.
