Announcement on the list of 16 U.S. entities on the list of export control control
In accordance with the "Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Export Control Regulations of the People's Republic of China" and other laws and regulations, in order to safeguard national security and interests and fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, it was decided to include 16 U.S. entities including Gaodian Aviation Technology Company on the list of export control control (see attachment), and take the following measures: 1. The export of dual-purpose items to the above 16 U.S. entities shall be prohibited; the relevant export activities underway should be stopped immediately.
2. If exports are indeed necessary under special circumstances, the export operator shall apply to the Ministry of Commerce.
This announcement will be officially implemented from the date of its publication.
