A: This anti-dumping investigation was initiated in response to domestic industry applications. The investigation products are some ball bearing medical CT ball tube products. Preliminary evidence submitted by the applicant shows that from 2022 to 2024, the number of imports of related products dumped from the United States and India increased by 13%, and the import prices continued to decline, which lowered and suppressed the sales prices of domestic products. Domestic industries were in difficulty in operating operations and were in a state of loss.

After receiving the domestic industry application, the investigative agency reviewed the application in accordance with relevant Chinese laws and regulations and in accordance with the WTO rules. It believed that the application met the conditions for filing an anti-dumping investigation and decided to initiate an investigation. This survey is not targeted at specific countries and regions and does not affect normal trade. Anti-dumping investigations target unfair competition in imported products from specific countries and regions.
