Announcement on the suspension of the qualifications for the import of poultry bone meal from three companies including C&D (USA) INC. and American Proteins inc.
Recently, Chinese Customs detected that the total number of zearalenone and mold in imported U.S. sorghum exceeded the standard, and salmonella was detected in imported U.S. poultry bone meal. In order to protect the health of Chinese consumers and the safety of animal husbandry production, in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its Implementation Regulations, the Law of the People's Republic of China and its Implementation Regulations, the Supervision and Administration Measures of the Inspection and Administration Measures of the Inspection and Administration Measures of the Incoming and Outgoing Food Inspection and Quarantine, the Supervision and Administration Measures of the Inspection and Administration Measures of the Incoming and Outgoing Feed and Feed Additives, and the relevant provisions of the World Trade Organization's Agreement on Implementing Health and Plant Health Measures, the General Administration of Customs decided to suspend the C&D (USA) INC.
