Adhere to the Party’s mass line and “stop and sink to the front line” is not only a clear manifestation of the Party’s nature and purpose, but also an effective way to conduct investigations, research and scientific decision-making. At present, the whole Party is carrying out learning and education on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations. The Eight Central Regulations are the first important party regulations formulated after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, with 8 aspects and more than 600 words, including "learning from the masses, learning from practice, and having more discussions with the masses." The vast majority of party members and cadres must persevere in implementing the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations, do a good job in mass work face-to-face, caring and practical, and win the trust of the people with the actual results of seeking profit for the people and fulfilling their responsibilities for the people.
