Faced with many or difficult problems, as long as you do not give up, do not slack off, and study the ideas and methods to solve the problems seriously and perseverely, most of the problems will change from difficulty to change, from big to small, and finally be solved. When my country carried out the power design and debugging of the first-generation nuclear submarines, the national economy was still in a difficult situation. At that time, R&D personnel were eating steamed buns to build nuclear submarines, and they had no technology and no experience. At the same time, we must also see that there are indeed some problems in reality that could have been solved in time, but in the end they were dragged into difficult problems. The reason generally includes the following aspects. First, they lack a serious "heart", and their sense of career and responsibility. Some leading cadres have the mentality of being a monk and hitting the clock every day. They just live by their work, either "push" or "drag" when dealing with problems. They do not take them seriously from the bottom of their hearts, and naturally they will not be attentive, not pragmatic, or do their best to implement them. Second, they lack the "ability" of seriousness, they are unwilling to learn, and they always rely on their old capital to make a living, and it is difficult to adapt to the new era and new requirements. When they encounter new problems, new things, and new contradictions, they will circumvent and give up. Third, there is a lack of serious "action".
