CCTV News (News Network): On April 1, several coast guard ships formed a law enforcement patrol in the waters around Taiwan Island, and carried out drills on subjects such as temporary inspection arrest, interception and seizure. Taiwan is a province in China, and this is a practical action to control Taiwan Island according to the one-China principle.

After the commander gave the command, the fleets of several ships such as the Coast Guard 1303 and 1107 adjusted their courses according to the order, quickly gathered maneuvers to the predetermined sea areas, and carried out comprehensive law enforcement patrols in a multi-directional linkage and zoning control. Through high-frequency calls and route control, necessary control measures are taken for unidentified target ships.

At the same time, the Fujian Coast Guard organized a comprehensive law enforcement patrol in the waters near Dongyin Island and Wuqiu Island. During the inspection, the Fujian Coast Guards' 14606 and 14607 teams focused on conducting drills on subjects such as verification and identification, temporary inspection arrest, control and expulsion to test their rapid response and emergency response capabilities.
