The latest data released by the Ministry of Finance shows that from January to February, 1863.3 billion yuan of local government bonds were issued nationwide, including 235.5 billion yuan of general bonds and 162.78 billion yuan of special bonds; the average issuance period is 17.1 years, and the average issuance rate is 1.91%.
