CCTV News: The police in Huimin County, Binzhou, Shandong Province reported that at around 15:00 on March 27, the Huimin County Public Security Bureau received a report from Zhang that his grandson Zhang (4 years old) was lost from his home at around 12:00 on the same day. After receiving the alarm, the public security organ immediately organized police forces to conduct an investigation. After retrieving the surrounding surveillance cameras, passing vehicles, etc., it was found that Zhang Moumou walked alone to the area around Xingfu River. The local town government, surrounding social rescue teams and the public security organs for welfare have jointly carried out a comprehensive search and rescue. After continuous search, at around 18:00 on March 30, Zhang Moumou's body was found in a tributary of Xingfu River. After on-site inspection by criminal technicians, it was confirmed that they met the characteristics of drowning death and were ruled out in criminal cases.
