At the same time, 313 "imitation seeds" problem varieties were abolished, and the dynamic management mechanism for variety registration of "service production, guide innovation, and in and out" was continued to improve the variety registration dynamic management mechanism, and accelerate the promotion of variety updates.
At present, registered varieties nationwide have covered 29 crops in seven categories, including special grains, oils, sugars, vegetables, fruit trees, tea trees and rubber trees. This batch of registered varieties focuses on large-scale yields of grain and oil crops to increase variety demand, and has launched a new batch of high-quality and high-yield rape varieties, focusing on industrial needs. The registered varieties involve 25 crops, including 78 special varieties such as processed potatoes and sorghum for brewing. In addition, we also focus on highlighting breeding innovation, and the proportion of new varieties independently bred in China accounts for 98%.

At present, the cleanup of "imitation seeds" has become normalized.
