Wang Xixin, professor at Peking University School of Law: The key to rectifying violations of law enforcement in other places is to severely punish and investigate violations. Law enforcement in other places is legally required to "dual subjects". There are many provisions for the cooperation between public security, procuratorial and judicial departments in the process of criminal case handling, especially for the cooperation of law enforcement in other places. Some illegal law enforcement in other places have problems and no supervision is in place. More importantly, even if there are problems, it may be better for everyone to maintain cooperative relationships between departments and regions. Without real accountability and error correction mechanisms, especially if a case cannot be seen or investigated and dealt with, one case cannot be truly punished.

The accountability supervision mechanism, in standardizing law enforcement in other places, especially punishing profit-seeking law enforcement, problems must be found from all aspects of the filing process, the steps of taking compulsory measures, and the trial process. It must be implemented in place, and typical cases must be included, which can truly punish the past and prevent the future, and can have a warning effect.

How to cut off the relationship between law enforcement power and economic interests?
