The level of green development continues to improve, the proportion of capacity above the benchmark energy efficiency level in the electrolytic aluminum industry has increased to more than 30%, the production capacity below the benchmark energy level has completed technological transformation or elimination and withdrawal, the proportion of clean energy use is more than 30%, and the comprehensive utilization rate of newly added red mud is more than 15%. The technological innovation capabilities have been significantly enhanced, breaking through a number of key technologies such as low-carbon smelting and precision processing and high-end new materials, cultivating new growth points in aluminum consumption, and basically meeting the needs of major projects and key models of products.
