It is expected that from 08:00 on March 28 to 08:00 on March 29, there will be winds of level 5 to 6 in some areas in eastern Xinjiang and southern Xinjiang Basin, central and northern Tibet, southwestern Qinghai, Gansu Hexi, northern Shaanxi, central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northern North China, and other places, with local winds of level 7 to 7 or above; most of the Yellow Sea, most of the East China Sea, Taiwan Strait, the ocean east of Taiwan, the Bashi Strait, the northern South China Sea, and the Beibu Gulf will have strong winds of level 7 to 8 and gusts of level 9 to 10.

From 08:00 on March 29 to 08:00 on March 30, there will be winds of level 5 to 6 in some areas of southern Xinjiang, central and northern Tibet, western Qinghai, Gansu Hexi, central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northern North China, and other places, with gusts of level 7 to 6, with gusts of level 7 or above; the southern waters of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, the ocean east of Taiwan, the Bashi Strait, the northern waters of the South China Sea, and the Beibu Gulf will have strong winds of level 7 to 8, and gusts of level 9, among which some waters of the Taiwan Strait can reach 9 and gusts of level 10.

Affected by the cold waves, it is expected that from 08:00 on March 28 to 08:00 on March 30, the western part of the southern Xinjiang Basin of Xinjiang, the eastern part of the northwestern region, northeastern Inner Mongolia, eastern Jilin, central and southern Liaoning, North China, Huanghuai, Jianghuai, Jianghan, Jiangnan, most of the southern China, as well as northeastern Sichuan, northeastern Chongqing, eastern Guizhou, etc., will cool by 8 to 10°C in some areas of North China, Huanghuai, Jianghuai, Jianghan, Jiangnan, northern South China, eastern Guizhou and other places. The local cooling will exceed 18°C. The minimum temperature during the process will occur from the night of March 29 to the early morning of March 30, and the minimum temperature 0℃ line will be located in the southern part of North China to the Qinling Mountains.
