Resolution of the Third Session of the 14th National People's Congress on the Work Report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate

The Third Session of the 14th National People's Congress listened to and reviewed the work report made by Ying Yong, the Procurator General of the Supreme People's Procuratorate. The meeting fully affirmed the work of the Supreme People's Procuratorate in the past year, agreed to the 2025 work arrangements proposed in the report, and decided to approve the report.
The meeting requires that the Supreme People's Procuratorate should take Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as its guide, thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Second and Third Plenary Sessions of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, deeply understand the decisive significance of the "two establishments", strengthen the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", and achieve the "two safeguards", adhere to the Party's absolute leadership over procuratorial work, practice people's democracy throughout the process, and promote socialism The spirit of the rule of law, faithfully perform the responsibilities entrusted by the Constitution and laws, strictly and fairly justice, handle every case with high quality and efficiency, deepen judicial system reform, forge a new era procuratorial iron army that is loyal, clean and responsible, promote the comprehensive and coordinated and full development of criminal, civil, administrative, and public interest litigation procuratorial work, serve the overall situation and serve the people's justice, strive to build a safer and law-based China at a higher level, and provide strong judicial guarantees for comprehensively promoting the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation with Chinese-style modernization.
