Today (March 11), the third "Representative Channel" of the Third Session of the 14th National People's Congress was held in the Great Hall of the People. National People's Congress representative and Secretary of the Party Branch of Qiao Town, Ganquan County, Yan'an, Shaanxi Province, Fan Jiuping was interviewed by reporters.
Fan Jiuping introduced that he liked storytelling in northern Shaanxi since he was a child, and later became a disciple to learn from his skills. Many years later, when he returned to his hometown, the villagers thought that he had traveled around the world and had extensive knowledge, so they took the initiative to ask him for comments whenever there were any conflicts and disputes. They believed that Fan Jiuping mediated conflicts and disputes fairly and called him "Fan Gongdao". After 23 years of mediation, more than 2,000 conflicts and disputes have been resolved in total. Seeing the harmony of neighborhood, he felt an indescribable sense of satisfaction and accomplishment.
Fan Jiuping concluded that there must be "five hearts" in mediating conflicts: confidence, public heart, patience, care and original intention. If you sit on the side of the people, there will be no conflict that cannot be resolved.
