At 3:00 pm on March 11, the third session of the 14th National People's Congress held a closing meeting in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the People's Republic of China, Chairman of the Central Military Commission Xi Jinping and other party and state leaders attended the closing meeting.
The meeting voted to pass:
●Resolution on the Government Work Report;
●Decision on the amendment of the "Law of the National People's Congress and Local People's Congresses at all levels";
●Resolution on the implementation of the National Economic and Social Development Plan in 2024 and the National Economic and Social Development Plan in 2025;
●Resolution on the implementation of the central and local budgets in 2024 and the central and local budgets in 2025;
●Resolution on the work report of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress;
●Resolution on the work report of the Supreme People's Court;
●Resolution on the work report of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
The Third Session of the 14th National People's Congress closed after the successful completion of all agendas.
