The reporter learned from the National Development and Reform Commission today (10th) that this year, the "two new" policies have been strengthened, and new facilities agriculture has been included in the scope of support, and renewal and transformation are being accelerated.
It is understood that the renovation will be the first to start with the facility planting industry, focusing on the advantageous production areas of major facilities and vegetables in China, and promoting the transformation of old shed structures and the renewal of basic production equipment.
The new policy emphasizes:
We must fully respect the wishes of business entities, plan projects based on resource endowments, and plan projects according to local conditions;
We must abide by the national land use policy, strictly prohibit illegal occupation of arable land, and strictly prohibit the construction of "green houses" in violation of regulations;
We must make good use of the re-lending policy tools for scientific and technological innovation and technological transformation, and give full play to the role of investment and loan linkage.
In the next step, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs will further expand the scope of the "two new" policies to support facility agriculture, and promptly launch the renewal and transformation of facilities, animal husbandry, facility fishery and other fields.
