Lu Zhiyuan introduced that the Ministry of Civil Affairs will promote the improvement of comprehensive elderly care services at the county and district level based on the existing elderly care service facilities, improve regional elderly care service centers at the township and street level, and establish and improve elderly care services sites in villages and communities. Build a three-level elderly care service network at counties, townships and villages to form a "four-hour elderly care service circle" to provide convenient elderly care services for the elderly.
