CCTV News: In this year's government work report, future industries represented by biomanufacturing, quantum technology, embodied intelligence, and 6G have once again become the focus of attention. There are currently more than 20 cities in China that have clearly proposed to develop embodied intelligence. Embodied intelligence and 6G are future industries that are cultivated by the country. Although they are still in the period of industrial development cultivation, they are full of unlimited possibilities and potential, and will promote innovation and development in all walks of life in the future.
The Government Work Report once again focuses on future industries
This year's Government Work Report further clarifies the specific direction of future industries, and the report points out the cultivation of future industries such as biomanufacturing, quantum technology, embodied intelligence, and 6G. "Embroidered intelligence" refers to the integration of artificial intelligence into physical entities such as robots, giving them the ability to perceive, learn, and interact dynamically with the environment. Artificial smartphones, computers, and intelligent robots are representative terminals and equipment for embodied intelligence.

Wang Hao, director of the Industrial Policy Research Institute of the Cydie Research Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said: "In 2025, humanoid robots will definitely accelerate their development, but the intention of humanoid robots to move faster and perceive people easily is as autonomous as humans. Behind this, whether it is software or hardware, there are still some things that need to be broken through."

Many cities "lead" the embodied intelligent track

Hangzhou Yushu Technology's humanoid robot appeared on the CCTV Spring Festival Gala stage this year, making embodied intelligent robots known to almost everyone overnight. According to statistics, there are currently more than 20 cities in China that have clearly proposed to develop embodied intelligence. Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Hangzhou are generally ahead of the country with their comprehensive advantages in technology, industry and ecology. Shenzhen has obvious advantages in the manufacturing of embodied intelligent bodies. Currently, there are 51,100 robot-related companies in Shenzhen, ranking first in the country, with a total output value of the industrial chain exceeding 170 billion yuan. There are 34 listed robot companies in Shenzhen, and 7 Shenzhen companies are included in the top 100 listed companies in Morgan Stanley, accounting for nearly one-quarter of the listed companies in mainland China. Not long ago, humanoid robots entered Shenzhen's new energy vehicle factory for the first time, and humanoid robots achieved collaboration with humans to complete automobile assembly and quality inspection operations.
Shanghai has built the first heterogeneous humanoid robot training ground

In addition, Shanghai has developed intelligent robots to build a complete ecosystem of "from laboratory to factory to life scenes". Zhangjiang, Shanghai has built the first heterogeneous humanoid robot training ground in the country, and plans to form 10 million high-quality embossed data sets by 2025 to accelerate the implementation of technology. Hefei, Zhengzhou, Tianjin, Nanjing and other places have also made arrangements in some sub-track tracks. Guangzhou, Chengdu and Suzhou have included embodied intelligence in the strategic leading industries or future industrial cultivation plans.
