CCTV News: In addition to embodied intelligence, many domestic cities have accelerated their layout in future industries such as quantum technology, 6G, and biomanufacturing, and have gradually formed a certain scale. The government further provides more guarantees for future industrial cultivation by establishing a mechanism for future industrial investment growth.
Quantum technology has appeared in government work reports for two consecutive years. As one of the earliest provinces in China to lay out quantum technology and industries, Anhui has cultivated and gathered more than 70 quantum technology companies. In terms of quantum information technology application and industrial development, Hefei is in a leading position in China and overall running with the world's leading level. Recently, the superconducting quantum computing prototype "Zu Chongzhi No. 3" was officially released, creating the strongest record of the superiority of quantum computing in superconducting systems.


Professor Zhu Xiaobo of the University of Science and Technology of China said: "This machine has reached a new level in the reading accuracy, measurement and control accuracy of quantum computing."
In the past year, China's quantum information field has also achieved a series of innovative achievements such as "Jinan One" real-time satellite-ground quantum key distribution and "Tianyan" quantum computing cloud platform launch service.

Zhang Haiyi, director of the Institute of Technology and Standards of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, said: "The next step is to continue to accelerate the research and development of core quantum information technology, promote the exploration of demonstration applications in key industries, build and improve the technical standard system, and cultivate quantum information industry clusters, which are the focus of accelerating the future development of quantum technology."

At present, at least 20 cities in China have proposed to develop quantum technology. All localities have advantages in scientific research strength and industrial scale. Beijing's top scientific research institutions and talents are gathered, and Shanghai has rich high-end application scenarios such as quantum finance and medical care, and a high degree of internationalization.

The sixth-generation mobile communication technology 6G is a key driving force for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the real economy. Beijing and Nanjing have strong scientific research advantages, and Shenzhen and Shanghai have outstanding industrial ecology, and are in the first echelon of competitiveness.

The scale of China's biomanufacturing market has reached 420 billion yuan in 2023, and is expected to maintain a growth of nearly 17% per year in the next ten years. Many places regard biomanufacturing as an important new economic growth point. Experts predict that about 70% of products can be produced biologically in the future, which is expected to create $30 trillion in economic value. At present, Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen are accelerating the construction of high-end biomanufacturing industry clusters with global influence.

For future industries, this year's government work report proposes for the first time "establishing a future industrial investment growth mechanism". By establishing an investment growth mechanism, the government will guide social capital, financial institutions and enterprises to participate together to ensure that these cutting-edge fields can obtain sufficient financial support and further provide more guarantees for future industrial cultivation.
