Starting this year, more than 10 million vocational skills training will be subsidized every year for three consecutive years, and more than 10 million vocational skills training will be supported to support workers to create a bright future with one skill.
In terms of training objects, focus on the most urgently needed groups, especially migrant workers, unemployed college graduates, unemployed people, and people with employment difficulties;
In terms of training content, focus on some areas with large employment capacity and prominent supply and demand contradictions, such as advanced manufacturing, modern services, new occupations, etc., increase the supply of scarce skilled talents, and work with civil affairs, health, medical insurance and other departments to carry out special training for long-term care teachers of elderly care services, and continue to implement the in-depth implementation of the quality talent cultivation action, reflecting "training whatever the industry needs";
In terms of training model, promote the four-in-one linkage of "job demand + skills training + skills evaluation + employment services" to ensure the pertinence and timeliness of training.
