Increase the investment of whitelist loans, and in accordance with the requirements of "all those who should enter" and "all those who should be loaned" to include all qualified real estate projects in the whitelist projects, provide strong financing support, and fully guarantee the delivery of projects.
The second effort will be made to implement urban village renovation and dilapidated house renovation. On the basis of adding 1 million units last year, we will continue to expand the scale of renovation and steadily promote monetization resettlement, so that residents in urban villages have more independent choices, realize early entry and good morning residence, and at the same time, it is also conducive to digesting existing commercial housing.
In the implementation, urban village renovation should be adapted to local conditions, and various methods such as post-demolition reconstruction, rectification and upgrading, and demolition and integration should be carried out in an orderly manner. The renovation of dilapidated and old houses has been accelerated through various methods such as new construction after demolition, reconstruction of the original site, reconstruction and expansion, earthquake resistance reinforcement, etc., to eliminate safety hazards very early, improve the living environment, and solve the urgent and worrying people.
The third is to promote the acquisition of existing commercial housing. The government work report proposes that local government special bonds will be allocated 4.4 trillion yuan this year, one of which is the land acquisition and storage and acquisition of existing commercial housing. Local governments will be supported to fully exercise their autonomy in terms of acquisition entities, prices and uses. The acquired commercial housing will be given priority to affordable housing, urban village renovation resettlement housing, talent housing, youth apartments and employee dormitories.
