The China Federation of Logistics and Procurement announced the China Highway Logistics Freight Index for February today (5th). The economic recovery momentum was good in February, and the positive trend was further consolidated. Under the basis of the recovery of supply and demand, the supply of transportation capacity has recovered rapidly after the holiday, and the freight index has risen slightly year-on-year.
China's highway logistics freight index in February was 104.8 points, up 2.21% from the same period last year. By car model, the index of each model has maintained growth compared with the same period last year. Among them, the vehicle index, mainly commodities and regional transportation, was 105.3 points, up 2.55% from last year.
In general, as the progress of resumption of work and production after the holiday has steadily advanced, the supply of transportation capacity has grown simultaneously, showing a rapid recovery trend, and China's highway logistics freight index has remained at a good level.
From the later trend, as the economic operation foundation continues to consolidate, enterprises have good expectations for the future market, market demand will maintain a good recovery trend, and China's highway logistics freight index is expected to fluctuate slightly and rebound.
