CCTV News: According to the WeChat official account of "Industry and Information Technology WeChat News", the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Transformation and Upgrading of the Civil Explosive Materials Industry" (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Opinions"), proposing that by the end of 2027, unmanned production lines of civil explosive products will be widely promoted and applied, and high-risk production workshops will be able to operate without fixed positions on site; the industrial concentration will be further improved; the product structure and capacity layout will be more optimized; the product quality assurance and effective supply capacity will be significantly enhanced.

The "Implementation Opinions" clarify key tasks in terms of technological innovation, digital transformation, structural adjustment, and green opening. First, adhere to innovation-driven development and vigorously promote technological progress. Improve the system of innovation in civil explosives technology, strengthen research on common basic technologies, support the research and development of key core technologies such as unmanned technologies in dangerous processes, and carry out the quality improvement actions for civil explosives products. The second is to accelerate the empowerment of digital technology and improve the inherent safety level of the industry. Deepen the digital transformation, accelerate intelligent transformation, promote industrial Internet applications and the renovation of old equipment and production lines, and carry out actions to improve the inherent safety level of the civil explosives industry.
