Li Yunfeng said that during his research, many people mentioned the topic of ice and snow talents, which is also the direction he has been paying attention to. With the vigorous development of ice and snow sports in my country, ice and snow sports are now gradually becoming a "national boom" from the north to the south. At the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference last year, he put forward suggestions on building a national ski talent system, some of which were included in the "Several Opinions on Stimulating the Vitality of the Ice and Snow Economy with the High-Quality Development of Ice and Snow Sports" issued by the General Office of the State Council in November last year.

National People's Congress Representative Li Yunfeng said: "Ice and snow talents cover many fields. It is not necessarily necessary to participate in sports teams, win championships, or participate in competitions to serve ice and snow sports, because I think many children are enthusiastic about ice and snow. They can serve for events, management, and even rescue, and many industries to develop themselves. As the mass participation becomes higher and higher, the demand for various industries will also become higher and higher. The intervention of technology, the construction of venues, and the maintenance of venues requires some professional talents to supplement it."

Li Yunfeng believes that the supplement of this professional talent requires a long cycle to cultivate. In the "Several Opinions on Stimulating the Vitality of the Ice and Snow Economy through the High-Quality Development of Ice and Snow Sports", the General Office of the State Council proposed to "support primary and secondary schools with conditions to include ice and snow sports in the sports and health courses special sports events." During the investigation, he learned that Heilongjiang Province has currently regarded ice and snow projects as the main content of winter physical education classes, and has built 774 ice and snow sports special schools to help children master at least one ice and snow sports skill.
