On November 5, the second founding meeting of the National Photovoltaic Special Measuring Instruments Measurement Technical Committee was held at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University.The conference was guided by the Fujian Provincial Market Supervision Bureau and Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, and hosted by the National Photovoltaic Special Measuring Instruments Measurement Technical Committee.Xie Suyuan, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and president of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, delivered a keynote speech focusing on the theme of collaborative innovation of "Measurement-Standards-Industry". Cai Xiaoji, Party Secretary and Director of the Fujian Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, delivered a speech.

The "Reply of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Approving the Reelection of the National Photovoltaic Special Measuring Instruments Measurement Technical Committee" was read out at the meeting, and 38 new members were awarded letters of appointment.Xie Zaichun, chairman of the new committee and deputy director of the Fujian Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, made a work report.

A signing ceremony was also held at the meeting for a major measurement and testing demand project in the photovoltaic industry. Fujian Institute of Metrology signed a contract with six units including Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University to carry out joint research on perovskite and laminated solar cell testing.

The new committee stated that it is necessary to pay close attention to the pain points of the industry and make precise efforts, accelerate the construction of a measurement specification system that adapts to industrial technology iterations, and provide solid measurement support for the high-quality development of the photovoltaic industry and the implementation of the "double carbon" strategy.(Zhang Xiaoling)
