Data property rights registration is equivalent to issuing identity certificates for data, an intangible asset.The "15th Five-Year Plan" outline proposes to build a national unified data property rights registration system.Reporters learned from the National Data Administration today (21st) that my country’s first batch of data property rights registration certificates have been issued one after another, and 56 companies and institutions have obtained valid certificates of relevant data ownership, use rights and operation rights.
The first batch of entities to be issued data property rights registration certificates mainly include three categories: state-owned enterprises, public institutions and private enterprises, covering more than 10 industry fields such as medical and health care, transportation, information technology, and scientific research.

Among the first batch of 56 data property rights registration certificates issued, more than 15 registered data related to artificial intelligence application scenarios.
