"Terms and Definitions of Time Frequency Measuring Nouns and Definitions" is a basic document in the field of time and frequency measurement. This revision combines all entries into two parts: time and frequency, adding 28 entries such as Chinese standard time, fiber optic time frequency transmission, chip atomic clock, etc., and modifying 85 entries such as international atomic time, global satellite navigation system, phase difference, time jitter, time synchronization, etc., to provide necessary support for ensuring the orderly development of time frequency measurement and related work.
China Standard Time is a standard time that is independently generated and maintained by major time and frequency laboratories in China. It is always coordinated with Universal Time (UTC) for 8 hours, consistent with Beijing time. The autonomous and controllable standard time system can effectively guarantee the autonomy, independence and reliability of my country's time in the fields of aerospace, communications, finance, transportation, etc.
