Data shows that as of April 10, 2025, there were 290 travel auction operators in the Gaozhuang Scenic Area in Xishuangbanna, Yunnan alone, an increase of more than 90% over the end of 2021, of which individual industrial and commercial households account for more than 90%. In Yunnan, grassroots government service departments are also providing convenient market access measures for business entities.

The National Development and Reform Commission stated that in the next step, we will select key areas to carry out pilot projects for relaxing market access around strategic emerging industries, future industrial key areas and major productivity layouts, and formulate and introduce new special measures to relax market access in batches.
