In the first quarter, wind power photovoltaic power generation had a total of 74.33 million kilowatts of installed capacity, accounting for 86.7% of the total installed capacity of new power generation. Data shows that in the first quarter, the national green and low-carbon industries sales revenue increased by 13.6% year-on-year, 11.5 percentage points higher than the national average. The number of newly established enterprises in green and low-carbon industries increased by 19.3% year-on-year, an increase of 12.3 percentage points from the same period last year.

At the same time, the green energy structure has been further optimized. In the first quarter, the growth rate of sales revenue of five clean energy power generation in the country, including nuclear power, hydropower, optoelectronics, wind power and biomass power generation, was 20.3 percentage points higher than thermal power generation, accounting for 31.7% of the total power generation sales revenue, an increase of 3.6 percentage points from the same period last year.

In addition, investment in environmental protection and energy conservation continues to increase. In the first quarter, the amount of environmental protection management services purchased by enterprises nationwide increased by 11% year-on-year. Among them, the amount of purchases in the manufacturing industry increased by 16.5% year-on-year, with a relatively fast growth. Sales revenue of green technology promotion services such as energy conservation and environmental protection increased by 28.9% and 17.6% year-on-year respectively, and investment in green governance showed a rapid growth trend.

The energy saving and consumption reduction results are also relatively obvious. In the first quarter, the electricity consumption of unit sales revenue of enterprises nationwide decreased by 2.4% year-on-year, and the energy consumption intensity of industrial production continued to decline. The unit sales revenue of green and low-carbon industries decreased by 9.4% year-on-year, and the energy consumption intensity decreased significantly.
