CCTV News: Shenzhou 20 ship-arrow assembly was transferred to the launch area on April 16 and is planned to be launched at an appropriate time in the near future. On April 20, the launch site organized all units to carry out joint training throughout the system.
This joint training, all positions in the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center's launch system participated. Under the unified dispatch of the launch site system, the tower, rocket, spacecraft and other sub-systems conducted functional inspections, from flight preparation, ignition takeoff to separation of ships and arrows, and carried out a full-process simulation drill.

During the drill, three astronauts from Shenzhou 20 simulated the flight mission according to the process. After entering the spacecraft's return capsule, they began joint inspection and testing of people, ships, arrows and ground, and completed all key operations of the waiting section and the takeoff section during the rocket simulation takeoff. Since the ship and arrow assembly was transferred vertically to the launching area, it has completed the coordination of the arrow tower, functional inspections of each system and inspection of emergency shutdown lines.
Gu Mingkun of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation said: "As of the first training area of the launch area, we have completed the testing and process of the interfaces with the launch site, astronaut system, and measurement and control communication system, indicating that the rocket's functions are normal and the cooperation with each system is normal and reasonable. In the future, the rocket will complete all preparations before reloading."

Since the astronaut system entered the launch site, it has mainly inspected and tested the equipment, materials, etc. used by astronauts. During this joint training, the astronaut system also carried out preparations for crew medical examinations and other tasks, and conducted 1:1 drills for tasks such as departure ceremony, cabin status setting, and post-entry procedures.
Zhou Wenxing of the China Astronaut Scientific Research and Training Center said: "This joint training effectively tested all procedures for the waiting section and the takeoff section. The Shenzhou 20 crew is in good condition, accurate operation, and smooth coordination, laying a solid foundation for the formal implementation of subsequent tasks. After this drill, we will continue to carry out the preparation of medical supervision, medical insurance, training and scientific experimental samples of the flight crew."

The Shenzhou 19 astronaut crew, which is on duty in China's space station, carried out a space station platform inspection as planned, sorted out all kinds of materials in the cabin, and prepared to welcome the Shenzhou 20 astronaut crew. In the past few days, the landing ground system has also carried out search and rescue drills to prepare for the return of Shenzhou 19.
The manned mission arrow operation team of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center: Innovate practical management models and improve human resource utilization
At present, the manned mission of Shenzhou 20 is being launched in full swing. In order to adapt to normal space launches, the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center has formed a manned mission arrow operation team. The main functions of the team include assembly and testing operations of various systems on arrows and on the ground. At the same time, they are also the closest people to the Rockets, shouldering the mission of rocket testing safety and satisfactory in the Shenzhou 20 manned flight mission.
What is being carried out in the picture is the general inspection and separation plug training of the Long March 2F rocket on the Shenzhou 20 mission. During the mission operation team on the arrow, the personnel of the mission operation team further consolidated their operating capabilities through simulation training of the arrow. From Shenzhou 17 to Shenzhou 20 missions, according to the work characteristics of the arrow operation, the team formulated a new arrow management model and designed and formed a training plan for training course methods, personnel growth paths, arrow operation manuals, personnel ability matrix tables and other aspects.

Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center He Pengju said: "During the normal training process, pay attention to the educational background of each comrade, and then train them to be competent for multiple positions. We will also evaluate the risks of each specific position, and will conduct assessments and assessments of psychological quality, including assessments and assessments of psychological quality, forming a capability matrix, and flexibly allocated and assigned positions in tasks."

In the manned mission operation team, the team members span two generations, including senior workers in their 40s and young men in their 20s. The team focuses on innovation-driven development, actively explores development paths, and spawns a group of innovative talents. It is understood that the "deducing sand table" working model proposed by the team has explained the rocket structure in detail, reasonably coordinated personnel division of labor, and comprehensively sorted out risks and hidden dangers, greatly improving work efficiency.

Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center Lei Fugui said: "In the Shenzhou 20 mission, the team's personnel operation capabilities will be further expanded. The rocket operation team is responsible for both the rocket's job operations and some ground positions operations of the rocket, realizing the integration of rocket's jobs and the ground positions, and further improving the utilization rate of human resources."
