The reporter learned from the Ministry of Natural Resources today that in the first quarter, more than 20 million real estate registration business were handled nationwide, of which the number of transfer registrations for existing commercial housing, that is, the number of transfer registrations for second-hand housing, increased by more than 30% year-on-year.
The Ministry of Natural Resources stated that in the first quarter of this year, 20.141 million real estate registration business were handled nationwide, 11.775 million real estate certificates and 5.747 million certificates were issued. Among them: 2.387 million new commercial housing transfer registrations were handled, a decrease of 12.1% year-on-year; 1.646 million existing commercial housing transfer registrations were handled, a increase of 34.7% year-on-year.
