It is expected that from 08:00 on April 17 to 08:00 on April 18, there will be strong winds of level 5 to 6 and gusts of level 7 to 8 in most parts of Xinjiang, western Tibet, most of Qinghai, Gansu, most of Hexi, Ningxia, most of Inner Mongolia, northern Hebei, etc., among which local gusts of local gusts of eastern Xinjiang, western Tibet, western Qinghai, etc. can reach level 9 to 10, and gusts of Xinjiang vents can reach level 12; some sea areas in the southeast of the Yellow Sea will have southwest winds of level 7 and gusts of level 8.
