Good opportunities and good laws and wisdom to "paint" new pictures, "Kanerjing" in the new era to save water and increase efficiency, and the vast fields are full of "technology style"

CCTV News: Recently, 220,000 mu of peanuts in Luanzhou City, Hebei Province have entered the sowing period. Agricultural machinery roars in the vast fields, and farmers actively carry out spring sowing operations.

In the planting field, many intelligent agricultural machinery are operating in an orderly manner, tilling, ridges, sowing and covering films are done in one go. Compared with traditional artificial sowing, the seed machine is equipped with a high-precision satellite positioning system and intelligent sensors, which can sow seeds according to preset routes and precise spacing, avoiding the problems of uneven density and different depths that may occur in artificial sowing. At the same time, the application of integrated water and fertilizer technology strictly controls the dosage through intelligent equipment, and also ensures the scientific ratio of water and fertilizer during peanut sowing.

Over the years, Luanzhou City has gradually explored a modern agricultural development path of "leading characteristic industries and empowering scientific and technological innovation" through the industrialized business model of "leading enterprises + cooperatives + farmers".

Shandong Dongying: Morels have a good harvest and support the "mass of wealth" for rural revitalization

At present, morels in Dongying, Shandong have entered the mature picking season. By promoting scientific planting technology, morels have become a "wealth umbrella" for farmers to increase their income.

In the morel planting greenhouse in Lujia Village, Shengyuan Street, Dongying District, Dongying City, fresh and tender morels burst out from the ground. The milky white stalks hold up the brown "small umbrella" and bloom on the ridges in an orderly manner. The workers were busy picking and sorting, and the scene was busy.

Wang Tao, a morel grower in Lujia Village, Shengyuan Street, Dongying District, Dongying City, said: "We started planting at the end of November last year, and we have planted a total of 5 greenhouses."

Morel is named for its unique conical cap and wrinkled fungus surface. As a rare species with both nutritional and economic value, the cultivation technical requirements for morels are also very strict.

Lu Xiaoping, technical director of the morel greenhouse in Lujia Village, Shengyuan Street, Dongying District, said: "In order to make morels adapt to growth, we use winter warm greenhouses to keep warm and moisturizing, and also install shade nets to block the sun. The greenhouse uses a total of 4 tons of nutritional packs of wheat and corn cobs to provide them with nutrition. At the same time, the sprinkler system is used, and the fruits planted are relatively full."

Turpan, Xinjiang: 630,000 acres of grapes have begun to irrigate in spring Technology helps water conservation and efficiency enhancement

In Xinjiang, Kanerjing, the underground irrigation system of Turpan in "Huozhou" has been famous for a long time. Nowadays, the local government has vigorously promoted grape water-saving irrigation technology, changing grape irrigation from "happy drinking" to "small mouth slow drinking". At present, 630,000 acres of grapes in Turpan City have begun the first large-scale spring irrigation this year. Modern technology and water-saving methods not only improve irrigation efficiency, but also reduce the cost of grape planting.

In the grape fields in Turpan today, we can see such black pipes neatly arranged under the grape trellis. This is the new era "Kanerjing" promoted by Turpan in recent years. Its name is "grape water-saving micro-spraying irrigation system".

Ishak Huji, deputy director of the Water Conservancy Bureau of Gaochang District, Turpan City, said: "After entering the 90 mm soft belt parallel to the grape ditch, it is arranged horizontally in a reasonable position, connecting the two 32 mm soft belts in the grape ditch. Each area has 5 oblique holes, arranged obliquely, and 5 oblique holes will be added after 30 cm. Why should the oblique holes be arranged? Avoid the holes blockage. The amount of water spraying of micro-sprayed soft belts is much less than that of flooding, but it is a little more than drip irrigation."

In the grape water-saving smart irrigation demonstration zone in Hongxing District, Gaochang District, Turpan City, the small control room has become the "smart brain" of the vineyard. Technicians can control the watering and fertilization of 2,000 acres of grape fields with one click on the computer and mobile phone.

Alimu Maimati, technician of the grape water-saving smart irrigation demonstration zone in Hongxing District, Gaochang District, Turpan City, said: "There are 262 valves in total. The state of No. 1 ball valve is now open. I can operate it from here and turn it off on my mobile phone. The entire article is integrated."

The demonstration zone adopts advanced field intelligent irrigation valve and meteorological station system to achieve precise control of irrigation water volume and fertilization, and at the same time use solar energy and wireless transmission technology to monitor soil moisture and meteorological data in real time.

Turpan City plans to promote the efficient water-saving project of 638,600 acres of grapes in three phases starting from 2023, with a construction cycle of three years. Up to now, the first and second phases of the project have completed a total of 507,100 mu of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation area. As planned, all projects will be fully concluded by the end of September this year.

Turpan has a dry climate, with an average annual precipitation of only 16.4 mm, while the evaporation is as high as 3,000 mm. Implementing efficient water-saving irrigation projects for grapes has become a key measure to alleviate the contradiction between local water supply and demand. Data shows that the groundwater level in Turpan City in the second half of 2024 rebounded by 0.32 meters compared with the same period in 2023, with significant water conservation results.

Zilavdong Galaliding, Secretary of the Party Group and Deputy Director of Turpan Water Resources Bureau, said: "Last tracking and comparison observation, the water consumption per mu of grapes decreased by 203.05 cubic meters, and 630,000 mu will save nearly 150 million cubic meters of water."
