Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, April 14 (Reporters Dai Xiaohe and Li Xiaoting) Sinopec announced on the 14th that my country's first cross-regional hydrogen-energy heavy truck trunk line was officially completed on the same day and will begin normal operation. This western land-sea "hydrogen corridor" began in Chongqing and finally arrived at Qinzhou Port, Guangxi. The whole journey was about 1,150 kilometers, and there were 4 hydrogen refueling stations in the middle, which will drive the application scenarios of medium and short-distance branch logistics around Chongqing, Guizhou and Guangxi, and is an important step in the development of the hydrogen energy industry in western my country.
The Western Land-Sea "Hydrogen Corridor" is my country's first trunk logistics channel with hydrogen energy heavy trucks as the core. The four hydrogen refueling stations in the first phase are all constructed by Sinopec, namely Chongqing Ganshui Hydrogen Refueling Station, Guiyang Comprehensive Hydrogen Refueling Station, Baise Weixin Hydrogen Refueling Station, and Nanning Zhenxing Hydrogen Refueling Station, forming a stable hydrogen supply network. The "Hydrogen Corridor" passes through Chongqing Changshou, Guizhou Liupanshui, Guangxi Baise and other places with abundant hydrogen energy resources. Technologies such as electrolytic hydrogen production and ammonia decomposition hydrogen production have been widely used on a large scale. The annual output of industrial by-product hydrogen exceeds 400,000 tons, which can support the demand for 360,000 logistics vehicles.
This "hydrogen corridor" is not only a logistics channel, but also an industrial link. It is estimated that there are 220,000 TEUs per year in the two-way potential supply of trunk lines alone, and passes through Chongqing Highway Logistics Base, Guizhou Express Logistics Park, Nanning Shajing Jiangnan Logistics Park, etc., with rich application scenarios. The construction of the "Hydrogen Corridor" will give full play to the resource and industrial advantages of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities along the route, build a hydrogen energy full-form development pattern of "green channel logistics system + hydrogen energy supply system + hydrogen energy industry innovation system", and promote the deep integration of transportation, energy and industry.
Yu Baocai, senior vice president of Sinopec Co., Ltd., said that Sinopec Sichuan-Wei Chemical and Chongqing Petroleum have used by-product hydrogen to build the largest fuel cell hydrogen supply center in the southwest region without any experience at home and abroad. The first phase of the hydrogen supply capacity is 3,200 kilograms, becoming an important storage facility supporting the construction of the "hydrogen corridor". Chongqing Petroleum took the lead in building and putting into operation of 7 hydrogen refueling stations, becoming Chongqing's largest hydrogen refueling operator. Guangxi Petroleum has built 7 hydrogen refueling stations and is the largest automotive hydrogen energy supplier in Guangxi. Relying on the construction of Guiyang Comprehensive Protection No. 2 hydrogen refueling station, Guizhou Petroleum has created a hydrogen energy station construction template, laying the foundation for the development of hydrogen energy refueling business in the province.
