This is the first time that the two departments jointly issued a document on high-skilled talents in the civil affairs field.
According to reports, practitioners of traditional civil affairs professions such as elderly care nurses, orphans and disabled children nurses, funeral waiters, crematoriums, cemetery administrators, orthotic assemblers, prosthetic assemblers, etc. are widely active in the front line of civil affairs production services and technological innovation, and are the main force of civil affairs skilled talents.
The "Opinions" has six parts and 15 contents, which clarify specific measures to improve the talent training system, improve the talent use system, unblock talent evaluation channels, and improve talent incentive mechanisms.
