As of 9:00 on the 13th, a total of 94,000 people and 22,000 vehicles were invested to carry out emergency responses, and 9,417 generators and 2,412 generators were equipped. At present, the main networks of the 20 provinces mainly affected by this round of strong winds and strong convective weather are generally stable.
At the forefront of ensuring people's livelihood electricity use, power companies in various places acted quickly. On April 12, the gusts of wind in the Beijing plain area continued to increase, and some areas such as Yanqing, Changping, Mentougou, Fangshan, and Huairou were gusts of level 11 to 13. State Grid Beijing Electric Power arranged more than 4,300 emergency repair personnel to station more than 270 medium and low voltage generators and more than 350 small generators in the city's districts, and dispatched 4 comprehensive emergency rescue teams of more than 300 people to carry lighthouses, charging cabins, chain saws and other emergency equipment, and stationed in advance to deploy defense.
State Grid Jibei Power relies on transmission visualization, micrometeorological monitoring, ice-covering dance monitoring and other devices to carry out visual uninterrupted round patrols, organized 552 emergency repair teams and 56 emergency rescue teams, and a total of more than 5,200 professional emergency repair personnel are fighting on the front line of emergency rescue.
Technological forces played a key role in this emergency response. State Grid Shijiazhuang Power Supply Company relies on technical means such as drone flight patrols and ultrasonic local discharge detection to conduct special patrols in advance on 289 transmission and distribution lines that need to be prevented, reasonably pre-installed equipment forces such as laser cannons and live operations, and promptly eliminate various hidden dangers such as wind blowing foreign objects.
In Hulunbuir City, Xilingol League, and Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, where snow continues to fall, State Grid Mongolia Dong Power focuses on strengthening special patrols and special protections such as ultra-high voltage, important transmission channels, hub stations, etc., implement measures such as preventing external breakage, strong winds, and ice cover. It arranges 644 special patrol teams, 8,052 people, 827 vehicles, and 336 drones. Special patrols are carried out for converter stations, substations, and lines in the jurisdiction, and comprehensively prepare for emergency response, and make every effort to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
