The report shows that by 2024, my country's annual revenue of environmental protection industry has exceeded 2.2 trillion yuan for three consecutive years, covering key areas such as atmosphere, water, solid waste, soil, environmental monitoring, ecological restoration, pollution reduction and carbon reduction. In the industry, the number of private enterprises accounts for more than 90% of the total number of employees, and the technical level has been significantly improved.
At present, my country's environmental governance market is transforming from "incremental expansion" to "inventory optimization". In the field of air pollution prevention and control, more than 95% of coal-electric units in the country have achieved ultra-low emissions. Ultra-low emissions and pollution reduction and carbon reduction in industrial industries such as steel, cement, and non-ferrous metals are being strengthened. This year, more than 80% of the country's steel production capacity will complete the task of ultra-low emission transformation, while the ultra-low emission transformation in the non-ferrous metals, glass and ceramic industries will exceed 50%.
The focus of the field of water ecological environment protection will be shifted to ecological governance and rural townships.
