In order to ensure the safety of passenger trains, the Guangzhou Railway Group will take measures such as adjusting the operating section and shutting down the operation section for some ordinary trains based on the impact range of strong convective weather.

From 18:00 on April 11 to 6:00 on April 12, 19 pairs of passenger trains were suspended, including 10 pairs of Beijing-Guangzhou Line, 5 pairs of Jiheng Line, 2 pairs of Jiao Liu Line, and 2 pairs of Licha Line; 2 pairs of modified sections, all of which are Jiao Liu Line.

There is no refund fee for ticket refunds caused by train suspension.
