CCTV News: Hainan issued a notice on adjusting and optimizing policies related to housing provident fund personal housing loans. The notice proposes that if a new self-occupied housing purchase house is purchased, the maximum loan amount of housing provident fund unilaterally will be adjusted from 700,000 yuan to 800,000 yuan, and the maximum loan amount of housing provident fund between husband and wife will be adjusted from 1 million yuan to 1.1 million yuan; if a second-hand self-occupied housing purchase house, the maximum loan amount of housing provident fund unilaterally will be adjusted from 400,000 yuan to 600,000 yuan, and the maximum loan amount of housing provident fund between husband and wife will be adjusted from 700,000 yuan to 900,000 yuan; if a family with two children and more than one child purchases new and second-hand self-occupied housing in Hainan Province, the maximum loan amount of housing provident fund will be increased by 20% on the basis of the maximum loan amount.
