VAT invoice data shows that in the first quarter, driven by the large-scale equipment update policy, the amount of machinery and equipment purchased by enterprises nationwide increased by 11% year-on-year, continuing the rapid growth momentum last year. The demand for equipment updates and intelligent transformation is constantly expanding, which also brings new development momentum to enterprises.

Thanks to the effective driving of the "two new" policies, local sock companies' sales revenue in the first quarter was 2.71 billion yuan, an increase of 12.5% year-on-year. In order to support the transformation and upgrading of the socks industry and explore the international market, local tax departments continue to optimize the tax processing process and improve the efficiency of export tax rebates, so that local socks enterprises can "go global" with more confidence.

In addition, driven by the increased expansion of consumer goods trade-in policy, the retail sales of household audio-visual equipment such as televisions and refrigerators increased by 29.3% and 38.4% year-on-year respectively; the retail sales of furniture related to home improvement increased by 15.9% year-on-year; and the retail sales of newly expanded mobile phones and other communication equipment such as new mobile phones increased by 27.3% year-on-year.
