CCTV News: The Ministry of Finance plans to issue 2025 bookkeeping discount (22nd period) treasury bonds (91 days). The details are as follows:

1. Bond elements

(I) variety. This period of Treasury bonds is a discounted bond with a maturity of 91 days.

(II) Number of Issues. The total face value of competitive bidding for this period is 40 billion yuan, and additional bids will be conducted for Class A members.

(III) Issuance price. The issuance price of this treasury bond is determined through competitive bidding and issuanced at a discounted price lower than the face value.

(IV) Principal and Interest redemption date. This period of treasury bonds will be calculated from April 10, 2025 and will be repaid at face value on July 10, 2025 (postponed on holidays).

2. Competitive tender arrangements

(I) Bidding time. April 9, 2025 from 10:35 am to 11:35 am.

(II) Bidding method. The competitive bidding for this issuance adopts a revised multiple price bidding method, and the bid is the price.

(III) Issuance system. Bidding issuance is carried out through the Ministry of Finance’s government bond issuance system.

(IV) Standard bit limit. The bidding bid level fluctuation range is 0.002 yuan, and the bidding level difference between bidding, winning bidding and bidding of each underwriting group member is 60, 50 and 50 bids respectively.

3. Payment of issuance funds

Members of the winning bid underwriting group will pay the issuance funds to the designated account of the Ministry of Finance before April 10, 2025 (including April 10). The payment date shall be based on the date of receipt of the funds in the account designated by the Ministry of Finance.

IV. Distribution and listing date

This issue of treasury bond bidding ends until April 10, 2025, and will be listed and traded from April 14.

In addition to the above provisions, this treasury bond bidding work will be carried out in accordance with the "Rules for Bookkeeping Treasury Bond Bidding and Issuance" (Caiku [2022] No. 4).
