The Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Nauru on mutual exemption of visas for persons with specific categories of passports will come into effect from May 1, 2025.

According to the agreement, citizens who hold valid Chinese diplomatic, official and official passports and valid Nauruian President, diplomatic and official passports will enter, leave or transit the other party, and will stay for no more than 30 days in a single stay, and will not exceed 90 days in a cumulative stay for every 180 days, and will be exempted from visa application. If you need to stay in the territory of the other contracting party for more than the above period of stay, or if you engage in work, study, settlement, news reporting and other activities that must be approved by the competent department of the other contracting party in advance, you must apply for the corresponding visa before entering the other contracting party.
