The Supreme Court introduced that the overall execution work in 2024 has historically achieved "three increases and three decreases", that is, the execution rate, the amount of execution and the number of credit repairers increased, the number of first execution cases, the civil judgment application rate and the number of newly included in the list of dishonest debtors decreased.

Director of the Execution Bureau of the Supreme People's Court Huang Wenjun: The number of people who broke the trust list in 2024 decreased for the first time in a decade. In the first quarter of this year, 394,200 new people who were included in the list of dishonest debts in the country, continuing to drop by 9 percentage points year-on-year. At the same time, more than 400,000 people who completed credit repairs, and the number of people who broke the trust list continued the downward trend in 2024.

Cross-execution is an important measure for the Supreme People's Court to promote execution reform in recent years. Another guiding case released this time involves the handling of the execution of a large number of parking spaces in a community. Article 276 of the Civil Code stipulates: "Within the building area, parking spaces and garages planned for parking cars should first meet the needs of the owners." The circumstances are serious and he will be held criminally responsible for the crime of refusing to execute the judgment or ruling.
