For pressure pipeline components, pressure vessels and safety accessories within the scope of special equipment, manufacturing licenses, type tests and manufacturing supervision and inspection shall be implemented in accordance with the law, and gas pressure pipeline construction units and construction units shall be urged to fulfill their main safety responsibilities, and strictly implement the construction notification and installation supervision and inspection of newly built and updated gas pressure pipelines.
For connection hoses, gas emergency shutoff valves, combustible gas detection and alarm products, explosion-proof instruments, explosion-proof solenoid valves, etc. related to gas pipeline renewal and transformation, strict mandatory product certification (CCC certification) access management.
Continue to increase the intensity of quality supervision and random inspections of gas appliance production and operation enterprises, maintain a high-pressure supervision situation, and investigate and deal with products and equipment that do not comply with relevant laws and regulations or standards in accordance with the law.
At the same time, accelerate the formulation and revision of national standards such as "Pressure Pipe Station Equipment Integrity Management Specifications", speed up the development of national standards such as "Basic Technical Requirements for Safety of Gas Transmission and Distribution Equipment", accelerate the revision of safety technical specifications such as "Pressure Pipeline Periodic Inspection Rules - Public Pipelines" and "Fixed Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Regulations", and improve the safety technical requirements of gas-related special equipment.
