Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, April 8 (Reporter Yang Na) The Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau announced on the 8th that since the signing of the "Framework Agreement on Co-construction of Credit in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperation" in November 2023, the market supervision departments in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei have built a cross-regional credit supervision "community" through three major measures: unified data standards, deepening information sharing, and carrying out collaborative supervision. As of now, 724 million credit data have been fully shared, and the effectiveness of credit empowering regional development is becoming increasingly prominent.
On the computer screen of staff of Beijing Market Supervision Bureau, there is such a "magical" map, that is, a geographical information system platform that gathers annual reports, credit risk grading and classification, registration and other credit data in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Through the deep integration of spatial information technology and the credit system, market supervision in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is moving from "data Internet access" to a new stage of digital intelligence in "data-driven decision-making".
According to reports, the three places jointly formulated two Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative local standards, namely "Normal Social Credit Code Data Element Exchange Standards for Legal Persons and Other Organizations" and "Normal Social Credit Code Data Sharing Application Standards for Legal Persons and Other Organizations", and established a unified social credit code database in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, effectively solving the problems of inconsistent credit data standards and insufficient sharing in the three places. At present, through relevant standards, the three places in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei have achieved unified social credit code data sharing among nearly 17 million enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households, social groups and other institutions. The three places also jointly issued the "Implementation Work Plan for the Cross-regional Information Resource Sharing of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Market Supervision Departments", etc., established a standardized data sharing mechanism, established a data laboratory in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and innovatively created a credit analysis geographic information system platform for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei credit analysis.
A relevant person in charge of the Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Bureau said that the total amount of credit data of 724 million business entities shared by the three places covers registration, administrative licensing, administrative penalties, business abnormalities, list of serious violations and dishonest debts, credit risk classification, annual reports and other information, effectively improving the comprehensive analysis and early warning capabilities of market supervision departments in the three places on the operation of regional enterprises.
