The reporter learned today that the State Administration for Market Regulation reported on the special supervision and inspection of the net content measurement of quantitative packaging products in 2024. This supervision and inspection randomly checked 6,931 enterprises, and 20,933 batches of quantitative packaging goods in food, daily necessities, agricultural materials, building materials and other types of quantified packaging goods were randomly checked. Among them, the net content was marked with a qualified 20,290 batches, with a pass rate of 96.93%, a decrease of 0.32 percentage points over the previous year; the net content inspection was 20,111 batches, with a pass rate of 96.07%, a decrease of 0.52 percentage points over the previous year.
Among the 25 specific quantitative packaging products that were randomly inspected this time, 20 have the pass rate of net content labeling of more than 95%, and 3 have the pass rate of less than 90%, and 17 have the pass rate of net content inspection of more than 95%, and 2 have the pass rate of less than 90%. Among them, the pass rates of the net content labeling of agricultural films, paint coatings, and construction glue were 84.38%, 82.71%, and 79.17%, respectively, and the pass rates of the net content inspection of paper and agricultural films were 88.22% and 81.25%, respectively, which was relatively low.
Compared with the spot checks last year, the pass rate and inspection pass rate of quantitative packaging products' net content labeling and inspection pass rate remained above 95%, which was relatively stable. The pass rate of the net content labeling of paper and synthetic detergents increased from 87.97%, 90.62% to 91.23% and 91.44% respectively, and the pass rate of the net content inspection of seeds increased from 90.30% to 92.83%, and the supervision and inspection rectification results were obvious. The pass rate of the net content labeling of paint coatings and the pass rate of the net content of paper pumped is basically the same as last year, and is still below 90%; the pass rate of the net content labeling of agricultural films and the pass rate of the inspection have dropped from 96.00% and 93.60% to 84.38% and 81.25% respectively, and will focus on future supervision work.
The market supervision department has conducted post-processing of production enterprises with unqualified net content of quantitative packaging products in accordance with the law, rectify them within a specified period of time, and conduct a review when the amount expires.
