According to the "Cosmetics Supervision and Administration Regulations", "Cosmetics Production and Administration Measures", and "Cosmetics Sampling Inspection Management Measures", the State Drug Administration requires the Hebei, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong Provincial Drug Administration to file a case for investigation of the registrants, filingers, entrusted production enterprises, etc. that do not meet the regulations in accordance with the law, and order relevant enterprises to immediately take risk control measures and carry out self-inspection and rectification. The drug supervision and administration departments of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) should order relevant cosmetic operators to immediately stop operating the above-mentioned cosmetics, and investigate their purchase inspection records in accordance with the law, trace the source of illegal products, and seriously investigate and punish them in accordance with the law; if they are suspected of committing crimes, they shall be transferred to the public security organs in accordance with the law.
