The first large domestic cruise ship "Ida Modu" starts its voyage in Qingdao

On April 6, the first large domestic cruise ship, "Ida Modu", set sail from Qingdao International Cruise Home Port, starting international cruise ships to Jeju, South Korea and Fukuoka, Japan.

It is understood that the "Ida Modu" started its maiden commercial voyage on January 1, 2024. The Qingdao voyage is the first time that the "Ida Modu" has appeared in a Chinese port city outside Shanghai's home port. It will depart from Qingdao International Cruise Home Port on April 6 and April 10, starting two 5-day and 4-night international cruise voyages to Jeju, South Korea and Fukuoka, Japan.

At present, the two large cruise ships "Ida Modu" and "Ida Mediterranean" operated by Ida Cruise have served more than 560,000 domestic and foreign guests. The second large domestic cruise ship "Ida Huacheng" has now been fully connected, and it is planned to be delivered by the end of 2026 and an international route will be opened in Nansha, Guangzhou.
