Meldan Mansour is a national first-class registered architect and senior engineer. When he was a teenager, Meldan was determined to change the appearance of the city with architectural design. Now he has become the backbone of the Xinjiang architectural community, leading the design of more than 50 buildings including medical and elderly care complexes and scientific research buildings, witnessing the transformation of areas such as Urumqi Economic and Technological Development Zone into a modern city. He always upholds his original aspiration and hopes to inject the wisdom and sentiment of architects into the process of Xinjiang's modernization with more works that combine aesthetic and practical value.
